Katinka Finance (Pty) Ltd was established as the group main finance and holding platform. It exists to support the development of subsidiaries by arranging, managing and allocating funding for approved business opportunities.
Katinka Finance is designed to bring financial structure to a growing group of operating companies. Rather than operating as a public-facing lender, the company functions as a private finance platform that supports subsidiaries, asset acquisitions and growth initiatives within the group.
Ownership Structure
The company is currently owned by KalahariVista Ventures, which is owned by the New Heights Family Trust. This structure supports long-term investment thinking, responsible funding decisions and disciplined capital allocation.
